Summer is wearing away like an old shoe, slowly and yet you can tell its happening. The local farms are full to the brim with fruit and the first of many ears of sweet corn. We’re also heading into the first of the fall or harvest festivals.
Starting in September you can find in local Chamber of Commerce sites across New England listing of Sept and Oct events. On the NEK (North East Kingdom) Chamber page I found a NEK festival on the 21st of Sept and a partial listing of the NEK Autumn Festival events are:
