  1. I love ALL of your pics no matter what the season! Yes, Fall is my favorite season and your advice was instrumental in planning our fall 2012 to the Northeast. Hope to return someday.

  2. Outstanding winter photo. It proves you can take glorious outdoor photos any time of year. However, my favorite time for picture taking is fall in New England. Your blog is essential to our vacation planning. Hope to visit again in 2017!

  3. New England is the Best Place to experience Autumn! I have been traveling to New England ever since my first taste in 2002- every October from my current home on the West Coast and there never is enough time to eat cider donuts, take photos and see it all in one visit! Jeff-Foliage has more places to experience fall, take great photos, walks or just sit and watch the leaves fall than ANY other site on the net-or Travel book you will find so now is the time to start planning your Fall Travels to New England- thanks Jeff for sharing all your info in an easy to use format!

  4. Yes, we are missing autumn too after seeing your beautiful country in late September. Presently we got dumped with 6″ of the white stuff this morning!

  5. Hi Jeff! I used your website to plan our first fall foliage trip last October. Oh my gosh! I knew it would be a great vacation, but we weren’t prepared for how much we LOVED it! We have beauty in the desert but being from Arizona, we just don’t have anything like New England out here in the west; from the trees, notches, views, trails, houses, food, everything. We can’t wait to go back again and bring other family members. Thanks for helping to make our first trip so memorable! 😀

  6. Each year for the last 25 years I take a trip to see fall colors somewhere for a week or more. Your New England blog and photos are the best. Thank you for all your work. Each month a smile comes across my face just seeing your e-mails appear.

  7. Our trip to New England this past fall was one of the highlights of our lives! We had waited for years to do this and it didn’t disappoint! Thank you for helping us plan it just by writing your blog and answering a couple questions along the way! We will never forget the beauty and experiences we had!

  8. My husband treated me to the colors in the UP on our honeymoon. This year, we plan to celebrate 40 years of marriage witnessing the fall foliage in the northeast. Vermont is definitely on the agenda! I visit this blog for a vision of images to come!

  9. Well I was lucky enough to win last year so if I don’t this year, it will be okay but a girl must always try again! Love, love, love your skills & talent, Jeff! And, oh so envious of your proximity to the beauty that surrounds you. I can’t handle the brutal cold this time of year there but I can dream of Fall that is to come and future trips around the corner!

  10. I love Vermont, and your beautiful pictures. I live in Wyoming where the wind and cold are abundant In the Winter. I have not been to Vermont in a few years, but that is my vacation destination for the fall. I go by my self to enjoy the beautiful scenery and I stay at B&B’s to meet others. It’s such a fun experience.

  11. The image at the top of this page (Lyon’s Park) is beautiful with its shades of gold that one more often sees in your foliage photos. Lovely in many ways.
